AB 2017 places one religion over all others in CA.

Here's a no nonsense article outlining why AB 2017 should not be approved / passed. https://www.californiacurrent.org/p/eid-uber-alles?r=297mml&triedRedirect=true
The Merchant and the Lawyer is a good article ... will be sharing!
In the late 1990s, I heard that there was violence against Koreans in LA that was covered up by the media. This is the problem with CRT. Humans are a deck of cards, and the hand you are dealt determines your currency. I grew up in the area where Michael Brown was killed, which set off BLM. Less than two miles away, a young girl was killed because of her whiteness, but no one knows the story. It had no currency. The best society is one that treats humans with dignity. That should be our goal, though we will always fall short of it. As for the lawsuit creating bilingual education, what was done with great intention, I think, has reduced the world for kids, not expanded it. I am all for kids learning second and third languages. That opens the mind. But the mastery of English is essential, especially for STEM courses. (This will surely change in the future, but the future is in the future.) Many teachers no longer believe this, and the kids suffer. Up in NorCal they are pushing for the adoption of Ebonics again.
