Manifesto

You vote. Maybe you don't. Either way, little seems to change. And you're left wondering — does any of this actually matter?

I used to wonder the same thing. Then we organized voters in San Francisco.

We recalled a DA. We recalled school board members. That victory was parents who'd had enough. And, we took action and elected a mayor who actually wants the city to work.

San Francisco isn't fixed. But it's better. And we did it together.

We proved something: politics is hackable. But it took work and organizing.

We got a political education — learned how to organize to create our own movement. We knocked on doors. Got signatures. Passed out fliers at farmers markets. Made it dinner table conversation. Used social media to find each other. The hard left has a full-time class of activists doing this every day. We had to build our own from scratch, nights and weekends, while holding down jobs and raising kids.

And here's what surprised me — the best part isn't winning. It's finding other people who gave a shit. That's when I realized: this isn't a campaign. It's a movement.

So now, we are building that movement to a new level and creating Garry's List. It tells you who to vote for — every election, personalized to what you actually believe. And it connects you to everyone else who's paying attention. That's it. It's a citizen's union for radical centrists — because centrism is radical now. For people who are done watching this:

Asian grandparents murdered on the street while the DA calls it a "temper tantrum" for the attacker. Kids in public school — kids like me — who can't take algebra anymore because someone decided math is racist. Families who've lived here for generations, priced out, while we build no housing and call it environmentalism. People dying of overdoses in city-funded rooms in the most expensive square miles in America — while those who profit from it call it compassion. Luxury beliefs with a body count.

I watched San Francisco nearly die. I watched champagne socialists make excuse after excuse while the city fell apart. They had the right words. They had the wrong results.

We care about what's real. Safe streets. Schools that teach. A California where you can build a life — start a business, raise a family, afford a home.

This is what our parents wanted, and it's what they got. But politicians figured out they got more clout performing than delivering.

San Francisco is back on track. Now we're taking the fight to Sacramento and DC. Everyone watches California. What happens here happens everywhere.

We're done with performative clout-chasing. We're taking our streets, our towns, our communities back.

Join us. Our citizen's union awaits.
